Your Stack — the work you are actually doing, on one board
Your Stack is the project and task board in StackyBase: one board per project with Backlog, Ready, Doing and Done. A task is whatever you need it to be — a line, a deadline, a name, a pasted email, a file. No sprints to plan, no tool to learn. 39 DKK per person per month — pricing, get a key.
What it does
- One board, four columns, no ceremony. Backlog for later, Ready for next, Doing for now, Done for done. Drag a card across when it moves.
- A task holds what a task holds. Title, description, assignee, deadline, priority, project and attached files. The description takes a whole pasted email.
- Every project in the sidebar, counted. Switch projects in one click and see how many open tasks each one carries.
- A brief, notes, and search. My Brief reads out where things stand; search reaches every task in every project.
- Speak a task when your hands are full. Voice Inbox turns a short spoken note into a task on the board.
- It is all files, and you can prove it. Every project is a directory and every task is one JSON file, in a folder you picked on your own computer.
AI that turns an email into tasks
Paste the message that started the project and let AI split it into separate tasks. Ask it to summarise a long thread, or to write the morning brief. Nothing is analysed in the background — it runs when you press the button, and you can point StackyBase at a model running on your own machine if you would rather nothing left it.
Requirements
Chrome or Edge on a Windows or Mac computer — not phones, tablets, Safari or Firefox, because only Chrome and Edge let a website save into a folder. Where your files live.
